Product Description 

Panadol Menstrual provides fast and effective relief of menstrual cramps and discomforts. It contains Paracetamol which has pain relieving and fever reducing properties, and Pamabrom which acts a diuretic by increasing renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate, thus promoting dieresis. Pamabrom also helps to relieve water retention symptoms of pre-menstrual and menstrual periods.

Direction of Use/Preparation 

Menstrual women above 12 years - 1- 2 caplets every 4-6 hours as required, do not exceed 8 caplets in  24 hours
