Direction of Use/Preparation

1. Gently blow your nose 2. Remove the protection cap, shake the bottle and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist appears. 3. Sit up with your head tilted slightly forward and breathe out slowly. 4. Close one nostril and gently insert the nozzle into the other. 5. Gently squeeze the pump as you breathe in. 6. Spray once into each nostril 3 times a day. 7. Repeats steps 1-6 for the other nostril.
