Direction of Use/Preparation

For a standard serving of 230ml, pour 185ml of water into a glass. Gradually add 6 level scoops or 60.6g of Ensure Gold powder while stirring and mix until dissolved.

Product storage

Once pack is opened, store in a clean, dry and air tight container. Use contents within 3 weeks of opening. Reconstituted formula should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
