Direction of Use/Preparation

Mix 1 sachet in a glass of cold water or any flavoured beverage, or sprinkle onto cereal, salad or yogurt.
Take 1-2 sachets a day after meals or anytime convenient. Each sachet contains 2.4g soluble and insoluble fibers and 1 billian CFU of live probiotic cultures to improve intestinal function.
