Direction of use:

Wear during day time for a short period (30mins-1hour). Gradually extend to night use once body is accustomed to product. Measure circumference of lower calf, 2 inches above ankle. Suitable for men and women. Size: S 18 - 20.5cm M 20.6 - 23cm L 23.1 - 25cm XL 25.1 - 28cm.

Caution:

Gently hand wash in mild detergent. Do not scrub, machine wash or dry wash.
