How to wear 

• • 1. Pull fastener through buckle, with the tendon pad cushion against the skin.
    

  

  • 2. With fastener facing out, position tendon pad cushion below the elbow towards outer forearm.

  

• • 3. Tighten the strap until the fit is snug, yet comfortable.

  Care Instructions
  

Close fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
