NH Nutri Grain consists of brown rice, corn grits, soya bean, red rice, adzuki bean, peanut, red bamboo bean, almond, buckwheat, walnut, green pea, lotus seed, black bean, white wheat, millet, black sesame, black glutinous rice, flax seed, fructose, non-dairy creamer, instant malt extract powder, inulin, semen platago ovata, fibersol-2, isolated soya protein, lecithin, oat bran powder, purple sweet potato, tricalcium phosphate.

Direction of use : 

Mix 2 scoops of powder with a glass of cold or hot water of about 200ml. Stir well and drink after preparation.
