Actives (minimum per tube) : Menthol 197 mg, Camphor 197 mg

Direction of use/Preparation

Used only with head in an upright position. Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding other nostril closed. Makes breathing feel clear and cool. Use any time it is needed. If symptoms persists, consult a doctor.

Contraindication
Camphor can cause convulsion and is contraindicated in infants below 2 years old. Caution must be exercised when older children are treated.

Caution

It is dangerous to place any Camphor containing product into the nostril of children. A small amount applied may cause immediate collapse. Store below 30 degree Celcius.
