Direction of use/Preparation

Apply adequate quantity of MITVANA Acne & Pimple Gel on pimples and face, twice a day. While acne & pimple is there its better to avoid white rice, white bread etc. and eat more of vegetables, whole grains and fruits Wash the face with water at least twice day to keep the face clean Use toner to keep the face more clean It is advised not to forcibly pop a pimple to take out the puss. That may lead to a bigger pimple or it may increase of pimples as the bacteria spreads. Pimple popping may also lead to scar on the face which may take a lot of time to heal.
