Direction of use/Preparation

• Mix 1 sachet (15g) with 200mL room temperature water. Stir well and drink immediately
• For first timer: 1 sachet per day at night consecutively for 7 days.
• For maintenance: 1-3 sachet(s) per week or as needed.
