Direction of Use/Preparation:

For Children 1 year to 2 years: 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls For Children 2 year to 16 years:2 to 3 teaspoonfuls For Adults: 4 teaspoonfuls This mixture is recommended to be taken uninterrupted 4 to 5 times daily once every 3 hours with equal volume of hot water or hot milk according to the dosage directions.
