TEETH AND GUM DEFENCE LISTERINE® ANTI-BACTERIAL MOUTHWASH, with added fluoride, helps to kill the germs that cause plaque, gingivitis and bad breath; while strengthening teeth, increasing resistance to acid attacks, demineralisation and dental caries.

Ingredients:

Active Ingredient: 4,540 ml Alcohol (95 % v/v) 4,420 mg Sodium Fluoride (0,050 % w/v 220 ppm F)

Direction to use/Preparation:

1. Twice daily, after thoroughly brushing your teeth 20 ml dose, equivalent to 4 teaspoons 2. Rinse around your mouth for 30 seconds 3. Use undiluted 4. Do not swallow For persons aged 12 years and older 5. Refrain from eating and drinking for half an hour post rinsing
